2020 Piaggio Beverly 350 Tourer First-a Look-a
The Beverly’s been around the block more than once, starting way back in 2001, but it retains its place at the head of the world’s largest scooter manufacturer’s table. Piaggio showed three versions of the latest Beverly at EICMA – Beverly, Beverly S and Beverly 350 Tourer – but only the Tourer will be coming to America, complete with a sporty smoked windshield and a capacious 36-liter top box. And make no mistake: With its 30-horsepower 330 cc single and 16/14-inch tires, these scooters can scoot.
Piaggio Press Release:
The Piaggio Beverly 350 Tourer is available in a special pastel color, Grigio Materia (Grey), combined with a black seat with a double lining and comet silver finishes, which also extend to the passenger foot boards. The equipment is completed by the wheel rims painted black with diamond edge and the new black plates.
Beverly and Beverly S are also available with the ultra-modern 4-stroke, 4-valve, electronic injection and liquid-cooled 350 single-cylinder engine, a state-of-the-art Piaggio Group scooter engine technology. This is an engine designed to provide performance comparable to a 400cc unit but maintaining compact dimensions and reduced weight in line with a 300cc engine. Equipped with the first and only scooter engine with an automatic multi-plate wet clutch derived from the motorcycle world, it has exceptional performance with extremely contained fuel consumption: maximum power of 30.2 HP at 8,250 rpm and maximum torque of 29 Nm at 6,250 rpm. The extremely effective frame and suspension guarantees superb agility, effectiveness and riding pleasure.
The entire Beverly range is packed with standard equipment and content. The ABS braking system and ASR traction control system are standard on all models. The remote control for opening the seat at a distance is also standard and helps you to find your vehicle by flashing the indicators (‘bike finder’ function, optional on Beverly). The storage compartment in the leg shield houses a practical and functional USB port, for charging all modern devices. All models in the new Piaggio Beverly range are available in attractive color variants with dedicated finishes and offer an elegant instrument cluster with integrated LCD display and indicators for ABS and ASR; the latter can be disabled using the special button on the handlebar.

I demod an older BV a while ago. Very stable and comfortable.
Ha, ha, ha! JB, you want cruise control on a 330cc 30hp scooter? How far can you go on it that your hand will start getting tired? Max speed is 86 mph so not that great on the freeway. Mostly for urban scooting around.
