Dear AJ,
RE: Your Sportsman 500 that isn't running right. We think you may be confusing us with Action Powersports in another state? We can't find an AJ in our service logs. $200 is not our labor rate. We're not pricks and would never treat a customer this way. Especially with all the warranties ... under your belt. With Polaris, we'd test the battery and replace it under warranty if it does not pass the Polaris test. Obviously, for FREE!!! Please call me personally at 262.547.3088. Brian

I bought a brand new Sportsman 500 from these people and I've had nothing but problems with mostly battery problems. I called to see what they could do for me seeing as I paid for an extended warranty and they proceeded to tell me they could look at it but if it's not a problem covered under warranty ... they'd have to charge me $200 an hour for labor ON A BRAND NEW ATV!!!! They were such arrogant, condescending pricks I refuse to call them again! Bottom line, save your money and go to a different dealership!

The showroom is enormous at this dealership. Tons of toys to look at. I've always been treated fair for every purchase I've made here.
