Awe-inspiring Battle On Speedway Bikes!

With the short attention spans of today’s society, speedway racing seems like it would be a perfect motorcycle sport to hook new fans. Here’s a great example of the intense, bar-to-bar action on display in the pro ranks, this heat from the FIM GP event in England earlier this year. So much action packed into less than two minutes of battle! Anyone who thinks GP and Superbike riders get sideways while racing will need their sideways-angle calculator recalibrated.

My Uncle John raced in England in the 40's and 50's. I've been a fan for 65 years. These 4 riders are exceptional.
Some good folk across the pond regularly post up various meetings from the leagues in England, Poland, the World Cup, SGP, ect, on YouTube. There's even more if you speak Polish, well because it's the national sport.
