| June 23 | AMA Pro Motocross The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, features the world’s fastest outdoor motocross racers, racing aboard the best bikes each factory offers, on the roughest, toughest tracks in the world. Motocross racing is survival of the fittest as well as the fastest every weekend; it’s where legends like Ricky Carmichael, Jeremy McGrath, James Stewart, and Ryan Villopoto were built.Motocross is the original extreme action sport, and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross is the pinnacle of pure motocross. The 12-round series begins at Hangtown in May and ends at Indiana’s Ironman Raceway in August. It includes stops at the premier motocross racing facilities in America, with events in California, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Washington, New York, Maryland and Indiana. The pro riders meet up on Saturday afternoon, with competition divided into two classes: one for 250cc bikes, and one for 450cc machines. |

| June 23-24 | MotoAmerica MotoAmerica is the premier road racing organization here in the U.S. that is Sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association and the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM). It features five classes of road racing – Superbike, Stock 1000, Supersport, Twins and the Liqui Moly Junior Cup. |

| June 23-24 | World Superbike The World Superbike Championship consists of a series of rounds held on permanent racing facilities. Each round has two races and the results of each race are combined to determine two annual World Championships, one for riders and one for manufacturers. The motorcycles that race in the championship are tuned versions of motorcycles available for sale to the public, by contrast with MotoGP where purpose built machines are used. MotoGP is the motorcycle world’s equivalent of Formula One, whereas Superbike racing is similar to touring car racing. |

| June 24 | NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle The National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Pro Stock Motorcycle drag racing championship is the most popular as well as best known series of its kind. The rate at which these motorcycles go down the drag strip is insane. |

| June 24 | FIM World Trials The FIM Trial World Championship and FIM X-Trial World Championship are the most prestigious motorcycle trials tournaments of the world, organised by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme. The outdoor championship is held since 1964 and the indoor (X-Trial) since 1993. |

| June 17 | GNCC The AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series is an American off-road motorcycle racing series founded by Dave Coombs in 1975 and is sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA). The competition is similar to motocross but, instead of using an enclosed race track, it features extended cross-country, off-road courses of 8 to 12 miles in length and competitions lasting up to 3 hours. GNCC races are physically demanding, leading as many as 2,200 riders through tracks ranging from woods, to hills, mud, rocks, roots, motocross track sections and more. The series has classes for off-road motorcycles, ATV and UTV vehicles. GNCC Racing is open to both professional and amateur racers in a variety of skill level and age classes |
